Hi! I have a multifunctional device - Nashuatec NRG DSm415 (printer, scanner, fax, copier) and it's connected to my network. There are 4 computers on the network - all Win XP PRO Sp2 and MS Office 2003 PRO SP3. On 3 computers I have no problems using MS document scanning for scanning, but on one computer tha scanner doesn't even show in MS document scanning - the scanner drop-down list is EMPTY?! But the scanner (Twain type1515) works just fine in other applications, eg. Irfaview... How do I get the scanner to show in the list of scanners in MS document scanning? THX! My Daughter and her husband will be arriving into SeaTac around 1 a.m. on a Monday night. The last leg of their flight doesn't depart until 7 a.m. Any ideas on a good place to wait for 6 hours? It's really not enough time to justify a hotel room, but it's long enough that it's uncomfortable. There really isn't a great place in SEA for that sort of thing. I'd recommend they wander around a bit and find somewhere in the C or D concourse that has already been vacuumed (so that they won't be bothered by that activity later) and then just settle in. Hi, I'm storing absolute paths to word documents in an access database. From within the database, people must be able to open, print, fax and e-mail these documents. Opening is no problem. But printing and faxing is. For faxing they use fax-software and a fax-modem. So in theory, I should just be able to open the document in Word and give a print-command using Automation, selecting the "printer" (a real printer or a FAX-printer). But there seems to be no way to "select" a printer via automation? So perhaps I need to do this using DDE? If so; how do I do that? Hi, I have combos that depend from others. 1st don't change, 2nd inherit from 1st & 3rd from 2nd. Actually sometimes I already know the values of some, so I'd like to put a on the page, and use the 'transform' to display them. It prevents from accessing the server once more. Problem is when the 1st change, I need to reset the values of the others, and then get the values from the store, remote Json in that case. 1) When the 1st was changed and the 2nd was a , its ID changed also and I don't know how to access it. The HTTP proxy sometime only got part of the server reply to the client. Who can tell me why. And I got 302 document have removed for www.yahoo.com.cn,why?The page hasn't posed any problems for me... so it may have been you were performing / proxying during a set of page updates (where the original was being erased / replaced)... It seems there is always someone out to question the lineage or authenticity of a system. How important do you think weapons are to Wing Chun? Do you train them? Why or why not?I think weapons in Wing Chun are pretty limited. The knives are ok and wing chun hand techniques can be applied with them but the pole is a whole lot worse. The 6 1/2 point pole is great for "wuen lik" or wrist strength development but as a fighting tool, cannot stand up to Northern system pole techniques. I think that's because northern systems are genuine staff techniques while southern ones are really meant for the spear. The northern staff techniques are much faster and the whip-like poles are to me, much more useful than the one-ended thrusts and hard wood of the southern styles such as Wing Chun. I have been training keepers since I started this game (beginning of Season 22) and I now have a 21 year old keeper who I expect to be extra-terrestrial by the end of the season. I have a backup keeper who will be solid, possibly excellent, by the end of the year as well. Recently I (or rather my wife) has noticed an increase in the 'pungency' of my body odor come noontime after whatever excercises I've done throughout the morning. I simply set the Cell Format to [h]:mm and times the hours worked by the number of days and I get my total weekly hours so for a 07:00 to 16:00 over 5 days = 35:00. How can I achieve this in Access? I have set the Field format to Short date but it won't calculate anything over 24 hours. I have used a Text Box to input the formula to times the hours by the days I just need it in a format that can return it in Time Format that exceeds 24 hours. Hi I had a ticket booked from US to Canada for about $700 with about $40 in taxes. I cancelled this flight decided to drive into Canada and book a few flights within Canada for this amount. The agent insisted that it goes base fare to base fare. So although my new flights were about $100 less then the credit I had he insisted I had to pay taxes and could not use the remaining credit to pay for the extra Canadian taxes. Is this correct?
